Products may be exchanged once within 5 days of the date of receiving it.
Items should not be used, damaged or defected.
Returns items should be in their original packaging sealed and unused.
Original invoice, receipt voucher or exchange card should be presented during exchange.
Gift card cannot be exchanged with money
No cash refunds are allowed:
Exchangeable amounts are kept in the customer’s Beytech account to be redeemed for future purchases. In case customer has purchased online via credit card the bank credit card fees will deducted and only the actual items price will be refunded into the customers e-wallet.
For returning an item you will be responsible for the shipping cost. The cost of return will be deducted from your refund.
In case of price change, customer will bear the loss of price difference.
Items bought as a bundle cannot be returned or exchanged separately

Goods are returned based on the market price.
In case of offers / bundles / promotions / discounts, goods are returned based on the discounted price.
