• The warranty becomes valid from the date the product is received by the customer.
• The warranty covers repairs only and does not include product exchange.
• This warranty does not cover the external body or casing of the unit, particularly if damaged by fire or rust. It also does not cover consumable or removable items such as remote controls, buttons, wheels, filters, etc.

The warranty will be void if:

• The unit has been used for commercial purposes, subjected to misuse or abuse, affected by power fluctuations, or damaged by lightning, or if it has been installed or operated contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions provided with the purchased product.
• The serial number of the unit has been tampered with, altered, or removed.
• The unit has been repaired or serviced by a non-authorized technician.
