The infrared heating element radiates food with intense heat, reaching 850 ?C. The stainless steel grill can be positioned at different heights and it is possible to perfectly grill: the meat becomes crispy on the outside and remains soft inside. The knob easily sets the temperature and timer.
The heat comes from above and is distributed via the double-walled housing and retained inside.
Thermal insulation and overheating protection allow it to be placed indoors such as kitchens, dining rooms or garages.
The 60-minute timer makes it easy to prepare numerous types of meat, fish, vegetables, bread, casseroles and even desserts. The internal walls are in stainless steel, easy to clean.
