11 speed levels for absolute control

The Artisan 5.6L Stand Mixer has 11 different speeds, giving you power and control from high to low and everything in between. So you can master even the most complex recipe. At half speed, delicate ingredients like blueberries and egg whites are gently folded in, keeping the air in the batter and not over-beating the ingredients. Just like you would fold them in by hand. Then simply set the speed directly to level 10 for a fast whipping action. Thanks to the soft start function, splashes are avoided so that your kitchen stays as clean as possible. Plus, thanks to the planetary mixer, you can count on our food processors to really mix everything in the bowl. The head of the food processor rotates in a direction while the attachment rotates in the opposite direction, allowing for a much more thorough blending. The stirrer comes to at least 60 points of contact in the bowl. This will definitely mix everything you put into it. So you can easily mix, stir, fold in and whip everything.
